The technician was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly.I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend their service to others. Thank you for the excellent service!EugeneEugene ★★★★★ The pair of technician team arrived promptly on time, polite and respectful. Their cleaning service was excellent and supervisor walked me through the cleaning process along the way which is very reassuring. My aircon units (3 out of 4) was leaking out of the vents and for the first time I found out visually why. The mucus like substance that form on the cooling fins due to bacterial growth completely covered the inside and of course, the drainage pipe. See before and after cleaning photos. The pair promptly pressure washed the units, including the drainage pipe. Finished all 4 units within 1 hour 30 mins, and offered to mop the floor and clean up after. Definitely recommend.HowardHoward ★★★★★ First time.
